    Almost $12,000 later & they moved me & broke multiple items, refuse to take responsibility & blame the customer for the damage. Thousands of dollars in damage, they claim I packed my own items and am not covered by insurance & wouldn’t be with their insurance if I had for the same reason. No statement on website or previous to receiving damaged items. Only info is on the bill of loafing after I received the broken items. Dishonest company and I am left with no choice but to sue them. Stay away
